CUNY-IIE and CCNY School of Education are pleased to host the book launch of Lessons from a Dual Language Bilingual School: Celebrando una década de Dos Puentes Elementary. The school, located in the heart of Washington Heights, has been a longtime partner with CCNY. The book is edited by the school's co-founders and consists of chapters authored by Dos Puentes educators, families and community members that are followed by connections to the field by scholars. The book showcases the lessons, successes and challenges of starting, growing and sustaining a fully bilingual school.
